Nice to read such articles! Very funny and interesting!
I totally agree on the fact that it's a good point not to allow french persons to have a gun while they drive...we are crazy.
An idea for an article : having a lunch on the Riviera (expensive, not always good and no smile...)
Hi Dan,
A quand un article sur des villages ???
Salut Dan!
I'm a Bostonian now living in LA, now living & working in the Riviera for the summer. I love your blog- it is very informative and funny. The post about driving in France is hilarious- they don't call us Massholes for nuthin. Keep it up! I'll be reading.
We enjoyed finding and reading your comments. Hopefully, we will visit France sometime during our retirement and spend a few months experiencing the fine culture and sights there.
Bonne Annee!
Bonjour! I have enjoyed what I read. I have had several trips to France and Montreal. I love both the French language & culture, and hope to make return trips to both. Thank you for this site.
Hi Dan. Like your site.
Please list my blog in your Links if you think any of your readers interested in Provence might like to have a look.
Thanks.
Cathy.

Hi Dan,
I really enjoyed your different articles. Excellent writing style. I am French and I spent many years in Detroit area, MI. This American experience taught me a lot about my culture and the way French people live. I would like to mention something about the Gipsys article. In 39 years, I have never seen any Gypsys in Roulotte nor in super campers. I admit, they are "Caravane" users. I live in Les Yvelines and occasionally I can notice their presence. Theirs caravanes are cutting edge compare to my 17th century house.
Keep posted.

Hello, Dan,
Just found your web site, and glad I did.
We--the fair Shirley and I--have a home in the Vienne about 40 minutes east of Poitiers where we live July to October. I look forward to reading more of your archived posts. We are also New Englanders, living in Stratham NH next to Portsmouth.
Cheers,
Rip
